During the first week of January 2007, Chuck and Katie Scott went on a photo journey around Ridgefield Connecticut snapping pics of various festive homes and locations.
They started out from downtown Ridgefield, headed out towards Ridgebury area via Limestone Road, past the former McKeon farm, then into Danbury for sandwiches at Milano's Gourmet Deli on Mill Plain Road (not pictured but you can call them at 203.744.6141 as they have some of the best sandwiches in the area).
With sandwiches in hand, they came back through Ridgebury out to the High School at 793 North Salem where they checked on Anne and Roger's home - this is where some of the inside shots like the Nutcracker were taken. Then they drove back into town by heading out towards the Ridgefield Inn, past the Fountain and then made their way back down Main Street - just as it was starting to get dark.
In all, 137 pictures were snapped, but we've edited it down to the 59 you see here. It was very difficult to edit as there were so many beautifully decorated homes, but we think you'll agree, the various Houses of Worship, Keeler Tavern, and homes on Main Street were particularly splendid.

VanDyke is our fifth puppy we've raised for Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
VanDyke is now living and working with his new partner, Sharon, up in Brookline Massachusetts, and when he graduated they played Song for VanDyke written and performed by my daughter-in-law, Katie Scott.
These photos in this album were taken during A Puppy Halloween Costume Party at Guiding Eyes for the Blind (GEB) October 19th 2005 and features GEB's Dutchess County Pups, Raisers and Friends - Woof :>)
Click here to see VanDyke, who at the time was an eleven month old toasted marshmallow male Labrador, featured here with his four legged-buds strutting their stuff and showing off their Halloween costumes with corresponding family of puppy raisers in tow.

My son, Chuck Scott, runs CoolTea and since the late 1990s has hosted hundreds of business networking events that have attracted over 10,000 attendees.
One of Chuck's favorite locations for hosting CoolTea Talks - panel discussions featuring experts - was the VFW 399 in Westport Connecticut - which had been home to the prior Connecticut New Media Association before being merged with CoolTea.
Westport is a delightful town with great shopping, restaurants, water views plus more.
Prior to one of the CoolTea Talks in July 2005, Chuck snapped these Americana pics - enjoy!
